Angelfish Cross Firemouth? Or Just A Bloody Nose?

SO, one of my quarter-sized angels has developed a bright red nose. There is also red at the base of his fins. What's up?

EDIT: I might add that he's gasping and hovering in one place, oblivious to all else.

Well, Bleeding-nose didn't survive the night, but his pal has velvet. Thank God they're in quarantine. I'll be picking up a few meds today...
