Good time to dose fertilizer?

Whats a good time to dose fertilizer? Evening after lights off? or Morning before lights on?

As long as the demands of the plants are being met, I feel that the time of day that you add fertilizers does not particularly matter.

The more important thing is to remember to dose

I agree anytime should be fine. I tend to dose in the morning cause i put Seachem Excel in and the plants absorb co2 during photosynthesis so i just do it all at once.
