Aquavitro Envy- What is this stuff?

I had some store credit at my LFS and picked up a bottle since I didn't really need anything else and it sounded really funny:
envy™ is a comprehensive carbohydrate, vitamin, amino acid, and polyunsaturated fatty acid supplement that addresses the micro and trace nutritional requirements of plants. envy™ contains ascorbic acid in a base of chlorella that contains a rich assortment of amino acids and vitamins.

Sounds like one of those herbal supplements my mom used to make me eat. But anyways I just wanted to try this stuff and see what happens. I have no idea how I'm supposed to use this though.

looks like you already know what it contain. it suppose to replace Trace dosing. i think it says on the bottle how much to add.

So how's this better than flourish comp or csm? That's what I don't get.

it suppose to work same as energy drink works for us
amino acid boost the uptake of nutrients. don't forget even though it does not mention anything about the traces on the bottle, but it have everything including Fe,Mn etc

That's what I find frustrating about the packaging. It doesn't actually tell me what's in it. Why don't I just dump a five hour energy into the tank instead? Also wouldn't most aminos be broken into ammonia really quickly in most tanks?

jeff, i don't know the chemistry behind Amino acid, but i know for fact that it will harm the plants if overdosed.

So does this stuff replace CSM? I used some store credit and picked up nearly the whole line except for their GH and KH stuff. Just wanted to try it. I'll start using it when my current DIY mix runs out...
