What to feed CRS...

This probably been asked and answer a lot but I feel like these 5 CRS I got isn't like the others. I've tried Hikari's shrimp food, guppy food and algae wafer and these 5 CRS won't eat any of it. I also have some hornwort, java moss and a moss ball in the tank with them. I found the hornwort this morning shredded by the CRS. Does this means they are hungry? What else can I try feed them?

The hornwort is the stem thing on the right. It was nice and full 2 days ago but now became just a stem. They started doing this after the first water change.

Hornwort does that sometimes when not enough lighting or introduced to new water.

If your CRS are grazing around most of the time, don't worry that they don't eat anything you put in. Increase the feeding interval to like every 3 days and see if they feed better. They could be getting enough food from the biofilm. It will take weeks of absolutely no food to starve them to death.
