What do you feed your cherries?

I'm curious to see what you feed your cherries. I'm wanting to give mine the best. They are very healthy, but only had them for a week, and several have molted already.
Right now I'm only feeding NLS.

I feed mine with Hikari Shrimp Pellet, New Life Spectrum H20 Stable Waffle, Zucchini, and Pumpkin.

I feed my Neos and Malawas Jakes aka Somewhatshocked food. Complete veggie, veggies sticks with calcium, shrimp strong, and shrimplet growth.

Spirulina flake, tropical flake, cucumber, carrot, butternut squash, zucchini squash, green beans, reptile sticks for turtles and frogs, etc... Pretty much whatever is handy.

I'm sure you'll all call PETA, but I don't feed my cherries. The are in a very heavily planted low tech tank. The graze on everything and multiply like crazy so I know they're happy.

If there's enough surface area, there's plenty of biofilm.

For me, Jake's stix w/ Ca+ and bee pollen. Jake will be the first one to say use other foods besides his, but I must tell you that I have gotten the best results by using his products almost exclusively.

At first when I started feeding, my shrimp would NEVER eat anything except Fluval Shrimp food. After I got a good colony of 10 adults, 30 juveniles, and 50 babies, I fed them Azoo Growth and they swarmed it LIKE CRAZY! This happened just today. I've noticed the healthy ones attack it first and the others wait, but they attack it furiously and specks of the food fly out for the babies to eat. My shrimp don't like it when I put the food on a feeding plate too. I don't know why, but they just don't. I feed mine Azoo Breed,Growth,Color, BW Barley, BW color, Shikaria (don't know how to spell) Soft taste, Jake's om om om food, and Fluval Shrimp pellets. (Got these goodies from all you great people here)When you have a small colony, few adults, I recommend feeding Fluval food because they usually finish it off faster, and it's unlikely to overfeed with such a small amount. Aqueon Evolve RCS, mosses, and crypt. 46 Bow Front Planted Eheim 2217, 2-39wt T5 bulbs (6700k) Onion plant, amazon sword, red lotus, christmas moss, guppy grass, and crypt lutea.7 pristella tetras, 9 cardinal tetras, 2 Otocinclus, 1 patty, 3 ghost shrimp, and several cherry shrimp. 125 Cichlid All Male Hap, Peocock, and Mumba Cichlids.
