Default Lighting on a Timer

Hi,
I am just after some advice regarding times for the lights to come on/off through the day on a timer and whether what I have is ok for my plants.

I have a 330L tank which is quite heavily planted, I have co2 injection at 1-1.5 bubbles /second.

I have 3x T5 39W lights which are 2x D-D Aqua flora Power chrome and 1x D-D Midday 6000 both bulbs are rated @ 6,000K but have a slightly different light spectrum.

I currently have all 3 lights coming on at 9.00 and going off at 13.00 then the 2 AquaFlora tubes only coming back on again between 17.00 and 21.00. CO2 injection is on the same timer so is on/off with the lights.

Is this ok or am i harming the plants by breaking up the light in to 2 periods in one day?
Thanks
