Fungus among us?

This is a pic of a female cherry barb that is 6 days into ich treatment with heat and salt. Is this now a secondary fungal infection? It doesn't seem particularly fuzzy, but it white. Will the existing salt/heat/water change regimen heal it or do I need something more? Hope the pic is helpful. They are so active and happily swimming.

Starting to think columnarius. Should I use maracyn 2?I still have the heat up as I am 6 days into ich treatment. Should I go ahead and lower heat to slow bacteria? I don't see any outward signs of ich anymore.

Columnaris usually kills fast, 6 days with it would seem extreme.

Keep up with water changes and the salt. It will probably clear up over time. You can dose Maracyn2 if you have it, but be warned that it may kill your filter bacteria.

It started as Ich. I noticed this patch on her maybe three days ago. It doesn't seem to be getting any worse. THere are 2 toerhs with smaller patches. Those patches also have not grown any.

Seems like it is improiving some from this morning. And the other one is not getting worse. I guess it isn't columnaris. Wonder what it is. Guess I don't mind knowing so long as it goes away, LOL....

That stringy white poop is a sign of parasites.. She also seems to have some sort of fungal infection.
