Will this be good tank for my first planted?

The tank I'm looking to get is the Fluval Vicenza 180, which will be my first tank I've had in a while, and also my first time trying a planted tank.

The hood comes with 2 24W T5 bulbs without reflectors. Will this provide enough light for a planted tank? They're 2' bulbs, so they don't run the full length of the tank.

It comes with a Fluval 205 filter, rated up to 40 gallons, but this is ~48, which as a package from the manufacture is weird that it doesn't match.

It looks really nice, and I like that its predrilled with fittings for the external filter. I guess another question is if its worth the $650 price.

I apologize if there is a better forum section for this question, this is my first post and want to have the right equipment to start off with.

In my novice opinion there are more economical starter tanks.

IMHO that is expensive for what you get. I was browsing petsmart website and you can get a tank/ stand combo way cheaper, and even a bigger size if u want, for way less. Most of those deals are in store only though.

Here's something similar for $350 but you would probably need a better light and it doesn't come with a filter.
