Regulator question

Would either of these regulators work for a tank? I'd hook it up to either a 5lb tank or a 24oz

Short answer: yes.

Long answer: You will need to remove the fittings and put on additional items (at the very least, a needle valve). You could also put on optional items such as a solenoid and a bubble counter. Of course, you will need the fittings that go between each part as well.
