Please ID this weird shrimp in RCS only tank

In my friend RCS only tank I spotted this gal, she's much much darker outside. Almost like BKK black.

It's black, the cell phone picture doesn't do it justice. Shiny black.

It's a chocolate neo. They can be brown or black
