20g long turtle tank filter
New 20g long turtle tank for 2 4inch turtles , Thinking of getting a H.O.T. Magnum Canister Filter with charcoal do you think it would be wise or to strong?

I thought of a Eheim filter but thought it would be too strong for a 20g Long turtle tank, with the opening on the side, I would have to trim the intake very short to fit.

What kind of turtles? Most won't stay 4" for very long.

I'd go with a regular canister and use a spraybar on the outlet with the jets pointed at the glass - that will reduce the current created by the filter.
