Just because I'm a dork
I know this is silly of me, but I'm excited! My anubias bloomed today!!! I've had this plant for a good 2 years and this is the first bloom. I guess excel does really help.

Aqueon Evolve RCS, mosses, and crypt. 46 Bow Front Planted Eheim 2217, 2-39wt T5 bulbs (6700k) Onion plant, amazon sword, red lotus, christmas moss, guppy grass, and crypt lutea.7 pristella tetras, 9 cardinal tetras, 2 Otocinclus, 1 patty, 3 ghost shrimp, and several cherry shrimp. 125 Cichlid All Male Hap, Peocock, and Mumba Cichlids. |

I never had either. I didn't know what was going on until I googled it. Sorry for the bad cell pic. It's facing up toward the light so I got really bad glare without the flash on. This plant has doubled in size since adding excel daily.

When they get old enough they bloom quite regularly. I had three blooms at once last month from my two 12" rhizomes.

Mine bloomed today too. Second time the same plant bloomed in 6 months. I've got its twin in a different tank, and it's never flowered. Wonder what the difference is..

Haven't had a chance to look in my tank for a few days, but I got home today and look:
 Is that what I think it is?  How do I get it to open up?
