I don't think I've ever seen a snail crawl backwards, come to think of it. They're always oozing forward.

If you've had the standard tanks for years and are looking for a way to avoid the large, weekly water changes, and still maintain pure water conditions, then research the use of the Chinese Evergreen. Emersing this plant in the tank water will remove all the nitrogens and create a vertually, "self-sustaning" tank for your fish.
The tank needs only a small, backup filter and water replaced a couple of times a week due to evaporation. Maintenance takes an hour a week tops. If you're wanting to keep the fish healthy without all the work, then this may be your solution. B

A cute little nano pond- Id love to do this in the summer, I wonder how many gal it is? 5-10? Curious what those plants are too. http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http...2F&h=NAQGURfa9 and acute koi tower :3..when I saw the thumbnail, I went oh man thats...super cramped for a koi tank... then I realized they could swim in and out. |

Sure, how much do you have? I'm sure that more people will be as well during the swap meet in a few weeks.
