Mini M AquaSky build thread!!
Well I have been taking the time to get things together so I figure its time to start a thread. I have had a planted tank before but thought that it was too much money ect to have an all ADA setup. I am a complete brand whore and have to have everything perfect... why I have no idea but its how I am. In the past I would say I have easily made ten stands and never liked a single one. Once I gave up, I went to saltwater and guess what... I'm back! If I can spend x amount on a smaller more complex and complete planted tank and still be less than 1/4 of sw cost you know what I picked. So.. with all that said here is what I have so far.
Mini m clear glass Aquasky Garden matt Glass top ^combo obviously Vuppa-I 3L new Amazonia (Skipped out on all the additives and power sand because one its a 5.5g with no heavy rooters and I don't really see the money in additives) Mini m cube cabinet clear - thanks to my man Frank from adg. Filtration will be a superjet es-300 as soon as they come out. Is a canister rated up to 10g worth $400? Not even minutely but its ADA and pretty so it will be incorporated. Also - brighty k, green brighty step 1, pincettes s, green bacter. Now where I cheated - DoAqua music glass 10, 15 or something like that. ADA bubble counter GLA atomic v3 with 5lb bottle. Really wanted to go ADA here but not yet due to these never being in stock muchless carried here!! So heres some eye candy (mini m stand won't be here until Wednesday) ![]() ![]() ![]() Also, I have since taken out substrate and gotten my hands on some decorative sand and a few different types of driftwood. Plant list will be Rotala indica and bangledesh Bolbitus heteroclita - mini Anubias nana petite Java moss Either E. Tennelus or dwarf sag. What I plan to replicate to the closest possible. ![]() Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2 |

Anyone know what would replace wood tight? I'm not sure what material can be used to hold driftwood together?

If you can hide it, what about marine epoxy? We use it in the reef tank hobby to hold rock together or attach coral to rock.
