Is this a problem?
I just noticed the top of my stand curves very slight downwards I'm guessing due to the fact that the tank is not sitting edge to edge. So basically the middle of the tank (well more like only the edges are touching the stand) is not touching the stand. I think the gap is about 1mm at the widest. The sides look fine. Do you guys think this will cause a leak in the future? I don't know when this curvature started but I had this setup for over a year.
Oh yea it's a wood stand and it's a 15 gallon tank. Excuse the poor drawing

There might be stress that is placed on the aquarium, resulting in premature failure in the future.
You can even out the aquarium with some high density foam; just get a sheet that is the same footprint as the aquarium and at least a couple centimetres thick.

I wouldn't worry about that much of a gap, but if it hasn't always been there it may get worse. If the weight of the tank is starting to affect the stand you may want to reinforce it somehow.
