Is this a damselfly nymph nd its egg??
Could anyone help me see if this is a damselfly nymph and it's egg in the second other pic?

That's a nymph, not sure about eggs. Those look like snail eggs to me. Nymphs don't lay eggs, only once it reaches its flying metamorphosis, and I believe they lay them above water.

My tank is only 1-2 months old and suddenly I saw this nearly 2cm long nymph in the tank. How is that even possible. How did it get there in the first place???

Did you buy plants from a store? They are common on farmed plants.

I don't know much about this species of insect but that larvae definitely looks carnivorous!

+1 on shrimp eaters and
+1 eggs are probably snails as the damselfly adults are winged, but they do lay their eggs underwater. nymph most likely came in on plants did you buy Cambomba, Hornwort or anything like that, as they would be grown in Florida ponds?
