Changing Regulator Knob

Is it possible to change the knob (the one that controls the pressure) on a regulator?

Many of them unscrew completely, so they can be 'changed' in that regard. Are you talking about switching it for a different one or replacing a broken one?

In general, yes, you can replace (say) a T handle for something with a fancy knob.

I was thinking of just replacing with another knob.
