Will this Lighting Setup be Sufficient for Emersed HC in Aquasoil?

I have 2 10 gallon tanks. One is my current tank, and I am upgrading to aquasoil amazonia and purchased a second identical one ($13 at petco) so that I could cycle the aquasoil and grow HC emersed while doing so.

My lighting available right now is:
6500k 13W CFL in flood lamp
2 24" T8 17w 7800k
Finnex Fugeray 20" (in use currently)

In a newly planted aquasoil amazonia 10 gallon (20x10x12) tank growing HC emersed, could I use both T8's and the CFL to provide enough light for the HC? What if I use that in addition to placing the tank in a heavily sunlit room? If not, I will simply use the Fugeray 20" but I really do not want to do that because it is already set up and I want to minimize the disruption to flora and fauna, and it would require a lot more work. My initial research on par values makes me think this is k, but I'd like to have some confirmation if possible.

You should be fine not using the Fugeray as you mentioned. HC grown via DSM is really not that demanding.
