Hidden LED to the rescue?

I have a 10g low-tech tank for lighting I have a 20" finnex fugeray and that gives me 50 PAR at center and 20-25 PAR at the front edge of my tank and I keep my light a little more towards the back than front of my tank and a piece of driftwood blocking some light as well. In the front of the tank I have anubias nana and crypt wendtii. Both are growing ok but have red spots on them. Idk what it is or what's causing it in looking into that online but I want to do a dwarf chain sword carpet in the front...I obviously don't have enough light. In thinking about adding a 17" marineland hidden LED kit. It has 56 .06w LED's. it claims 25 PAR @ 12". So will this give me 50ish PAR at the front and 75ishbin other areas closer to the center if the tank? It's the cheapest bet for me and also the most readily available. Waiting on your replies. Feel free to ask questions as well I know all the parameters if my tank I believe

You will need to use CO2 if you increase the lighting at all. In fact, the best thing you can do to help the plants with the light you have is to start using CO2, even DIY CO2. I assume you are also dosing NPK and trace elements, or have a fertile substrate?

I am dosing NPK and trace. And have flourite substrate. My LFS wont even sell my anything other than crypts java fern and anubias, he says I have really low light to do a carpet and he's not comfortable selling me medium or high light plants unless I add more. And I can't afford to Do a CO2 kit and the DIY is out of the question this tank is in my 5 year old skins room on his dresser and him and his sister already less with it. So I guess I'm stuck :/. I've read alot of your stuff hoppy I consider you very knowledgable so I have a question my anubias nana and crypt wendtii both have reddish brown blotches on them that they didn't have before and the edges if the leaves are turnin yellow and my wendtii is starting to get tiny holes in the leaves. Is this a deficiency??
