Thinking about a 10 gallon betta riparium...
Hi everybody.
I will be upgrading my 5 gallon betta tank to a 10 gallon tank. And I thought, why not turn it into a riparium! So, what will I need to turn it into a riparium. Equipment wise? Plant wise? All help is appreciated. |

It's easy to make a small riparium planting in a tank like that, but if you have it open top the betta might jump out.

Any "pond plants" would do well. Amazon swords would flourish if you wanted something fast growing, but be prepared to prune aggressively.

I would think that some floaters such as water lettuce might be of interest in this type of tank.
The following link might provide you with an alternative so you can keep your tank covered or suggest some commonly available plants for you to consider. http://www.plantedtank.net/forums/sh...ht=planted+hob |
