Fluval EBI 8g Tank FOR SALE P/U ONLY

So im selling my Fluval Ebi Shrimp tank I had going for about 4 months last summer and abandoned it so im trying to get rid of it and some extra stuff I have laying around. I have just the Fluval tank (no light or filter), a new Aqueon 10w heater, new Marina Aqua-minder (programable aquarium re-minder with digital thermometer, displays high and low temp, weekly water change, filter maintenance, and system check alerts), a 8oz. and 4oz. bottle of API Melafix, a 4oz. bottle of API Pimafix, a 2oz. bottle of Fluval Shrimp Mineral Supplement, bottle of 25ct. Ammonia easy test strips, bottle of 24ct. 6-1 easy test strips. I can also throw in some java fern, xmas moss, floating plants and subwassatang if interested. I would post it for sale but dont want to have to ship it anywhere, so pick up only in Lynn, MA 01902, $70.
