Would this needle valve be enough for pressurized co2?

I've tried it on a paintball system and it didn't work too well, it was very hard to get any consistency with the bubble count but that may have been due to the high pressure. With a proper regulator it may be a little better, but it will never have a very fine resolution, meaning it will always be tough to adjust.

If it's your first try at pressurized CO2, I'd recommend something better, there are some really nice Parker H3L on ebay (item #140910145626, but I think the listing JUST ended, will probably come up again though) for $25 that are a real forum boner right now. Great valve that normally sells for $260+

Good for water, not for air, and this valve is 300PSI max, it is not safe to use for 800PSI co2 as those on ASA valve only paintball system.

+1, it is been two month since I announced the "TO BUY", the seller sold about 200 of this metering valve, and ironically, he still has more, but will see an end soon.
BTW, this model is $450 retail, the $260 is the plated brass version, I believe.

Next time he puts em up I think I'm going to jump on it, it really is a great valve.

Actually, there are no more. I contacted the seller a few weeks ago, and he said that he was down to his last 20 or so, and that (the auction that just ended) would be his last batch.

If there are more, then I will be surprised though

I offered to buy the last of his stock a few days ago and I never got an answer. I fear they are gone for good this time.

there are more, some guys follow my metering valve selection thread had stocked up so many for purpose of re-sale.

Didn't want to see that thought, deplete the available valves but not for the build, ordinary hobbyists may suffer and have to pay higher for the parts.
