Led help?

I'm trying to build a led light for my 3g picotope The tank is 11-3/4" x 8-7/8" x 8". What you think about this list what else do I need what don't I need?

Parts needed
Something to dim the leds
something to power them
Heat sink
Solderless leds
Cool White 5200-8000k
True Violet 420nm
Royal Blue 445-460nm
Blue 465-480nm
Natural White 3200k
Osram Red 660nm

I just stumbled across a company called superbrightled.com not sure if they will work I'm planing on buying them just to see. They are very cheap compaired to other sites and they have some water proff ones too.

I have bought from superbrightleds.com great products and great service.

Now keep in mind majority of their lighting is designed as accent lighting for small tanks they probably have lots of options to fit the bill. But they don't carry much in regards to lighting for larger tanks
