Sprout eating culprit?

Someone keeps eating the new leaves from my e. tenellus runners. Lol actually I don't mind much because who ever it is, is helping out with the trimming.

suspect list:

1 ghost shrimp
10 amano shrimp
6 Cori Sterbai
2 clown loach
9 rummynose tetra
3 Ishimaki Snails (Clithon retropictus)

I think it's one of the shrimp, but I haven't caught anyone in the act yet.
