I grew up in Richmond. Is Azalea Aquariums still open in Richmond? That place use to be good. Also Hey! Va Bcher's !!!

I'm in the Virginia Beach area as well. Does anyone have an opinion between Animal Jungle and Fish Safari?

I have not been at Fish Safari, but I like Animal Jungle. I go there sometimes just to look around. I wish they had more planted displays. My kids like going there to look at the birds, rabbits & such. And you don't have to pay like the zoo.

Fish safari? On lynnhaven and princess anne? has mostly saltwater setups but sell some freswater supplies like eco complete and laterite. Animal jungle is definitely the best option

Can always use more plants. What do you have? I am in Carrollton, just across the James River Bridge from Newport News.

i've always like fish safari more just because they are dedicated to just fish. but ever since i found out about animal jungle's "wet wednesdays" its just too good of a deal to pass up. but fish safari has a lot more in terms of plant supplements.
