Name that algae
Let's see who's truly an algae beast.
Identify the following algae with this characteristic: -small hair-like structure seen on plants and glass Picture will reveal Here are the pictures! First picture is unrelated, but just wanted to add! Who can name all the algae visible and point it out! Second picture, i know its hard to see, but camera was trying to focus on the back not the front of the glass (hmm i wonder why...). Anyways top left, you will see some tiny tiny hairs. Very few but some. Last edited by puopg; 01-29-2013 at 01:47 AM.. Reason: adding |

Stringy stuff is spiro. Fluffy stuff maybe clado? Spiro is the hard one. You will probably need to treat with AlgaeFix but figured out why it showed up in the first place.
