Default Bioload too heavy for a sponge filter?

Hi,

I've got a a 20 gallon long with 10 neon tetras, an otto, 2 mystery snails and 10 RCS. (after typing that out I may have answered my own question)

I have one of these double sponge filters:

Should I be ok or do I need to upgrade filtration?

Thanks
