sunrise/sunset timer?

Does anyone know of an affordable or DIY led sunrise/sunset controller? (aka use pwm to slowly turn up the lights over a 20 min ish period and revers for the evening?)

It would be nice to have it a little more natural for the fish and i'm guessing it would help spawning cycles aswell.

Thanks summer! Do you have to use it with their specific drivers or could i wire it up to some 12v led strip lights?

A bit cheaper. But it looks like they all need specific drivers that are not 12v. May need to redo it all if I do it
