Media.bag or free

For those that have sumps, do u just keep bio media lose in certain section or do you bag it.

I was thinking foam in the bottom then all my bio media above. Foam to keep media from going to next section, but might be pain to remove not in bag.

Picked up some really nice bags for 96 cents at walmart today, they are working perfect so far.
