Past aquascaping materials

Hi Frank, I was wondering what happened to past ADA aquascaping material, I was looking at on old catalog and saw some neat stuff like:

- Guilin Stone
- Fuji Rock
- Plant Pot ( OG Unzan)
- Shou Stone
- Chinese Zebra Rock
- Old Black wood
- Ohko Stone
- Seiryu Stone

The last two can be found still for sale but not from ADA.

Curious as to why they are no longer offered for sale?

Great question!

The availability of hardscape materials is usually determined by the consistent supply from the "OEM" e.g. harvesters, miners, etc. And usually when a hardscape material is discontinued, it is because either the price becomes unreasonable or because the supply can no longer meet a certain degree of consistency.
