DSM Algae?

Hi, I had my tank set up 2 months ago growing HC with dry start method and it has been going well. But today I noticed some slimy - dark green stuff cover here and there over the tank and some cover the stems. Is it some kind of algae? What would be the best way to deal with it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
