DHG getting uprooted

I've recently started using Metricide on my 20L. The only thing I have planted in it is DHG. After having used the Metricide for a couple weeks to no real extreme results, I've started having issues with my DHG getting uprooted. It's like they won't stay in the gravel; however they aren't floating to the top. More like the roots are taking a good hold. I'm writing this post after having replanted some, but when it happens again, I'll try to take a picture and post it here. Any ideas on why it won't just stay in the gravel?

I have 2 cories, a couple guppies who leave the grass alone, and the substrate is flourite black (not the sand, but the normal kind of flourite).

It does that. I think it is only after it has formed a mat that it stops coming up for me. Corydoras don't help as they nudge it a little when foraging around it.

Plant it deeper and eventually it will stay put and grow enough to stay down.
