the fan in it is louder than my computer fans, for reference. i can hear it from the other end of my living room, 15 ft away.

re: discuss - mind if i ask how much they cost? i never see ones so big for sale.

thanks!
Something ya'll might want to think is replacing those fans for different ones. I had some old PC's and took the cpu fans out and put them in my canopy to cool off the 4X54W and ballasts. I changed those fans out for 2 Gelid silent 9 fans after about 3 days of hearing the "hummmmmmmmmmmm" for 8 hours a day. The new fans barely make any noise unless <3 feet away other than the wooooshhhhh sound.

If your fixture supports 12V (probably 120V, but you can get a cheap wall wort for 5$. Look into something like this for quiet fans.

Wow man! This tank has come along awesomely! Still liking that fixture? I am thinking about either building or sourcing a cheap 75G soon. My 60G is great, except for the 12.5 inch width . I will probably be building the stand though. Anyways, excellent looking discus' you have there as well!

All is well. I have swapped fish a few times and currently have a male German Blue Ram, three Pigeon Blood Discus, a bunch of Sterbi Corey's, A bunch of Otto's, A boat load (technical term) of Ammano and other shrimp, and a bunch of snails.

Very professional video, most enjoyable. You have good filming/production skills.

Beautiful fauna and flora.
