Guppy about to give birth?

I've got a female guppy that looked pregnant so I moved her into a 1gal breeder box about 4 days ago. She was pretty active and ate. But now she's not eating and shes not moving. I also see a white dot that is new right behind the gravid spot. Does this mean she's ready to give birth?

most likely. when they stop eating usually they are about to pop. If you look at the stomach area you should be able to see little eyeballs. Also you will notice that the are where the babies come out will look more jagged like a right angle kind of.
