First Fully Planted Tank Attempt

My setup:

50g tank (36" x 18" x 18")
96w PC Fixture with 6700K/10000K dual daylight bulb
Eco Complete first layer with gravel cap
Seachem Flourish (Comprehensive)
Seachem Root Tabs

I'd like to have Java Moss, Java Fern, a Sword of some sort, Vallisneria spiralis, some crypts (probably undulata), Anubias Nana and I'd really like to have a "field" of DHG.

I know everything I mentioned except for maybe the DHG should be OK in my tank. Will I be able to grow DHG under these conditions?

I'm looking to keep everything low-tech, low-maintenance. Does my setup appear to be that?
