Would those syringes be good substitues for pipettes? I needa replace mine and I don't think i have any turkey basters at home and I feel like they are a bit over powered.

Yes and no. Typically, they are not as long - I fix this by sticking a piece of airline tubing on the end; this may make it harder to use than a pipette. (I think syringes are easier to use, but then again, I'm used to using syringes one-handed.)

Technically, I have access to pipettes, but I keep forgetting to grab one, so I make no promises about actually getting any.

MrBrongher: sure if you don't mind missing the LED that Option wants? Also, do you still have that ball moss? I was hoping you wouldn't mind bringing some. Meant to ask you to mail it and then life happened.

Will ask for the Saturday off today just in case. If I can't, hopefully I'll make the tail end of the meet as I get out at 1 pm in White Plains.
