Does this T5 starter unit match the tube?

I asked this in the lighting forum but no answer so...

Just a quick question (I've messed up buying lights before).

Am i right to think these 2 products work together?

At the moment I have 1 15w T8 over a 15g Tank and its time to upgrade the wpg.
