Low tech ten
I do believe this is my first post on here. Hello. I was wondering if a mainland 20 inch double bright led is enough light on a ten gallant planted?
I am shooting for a high light but not sure if I am there of not. |

These fixtures are not great for planted tanks but they do alright. Def not high light, more like low to low/medium.

Depending on the height, this fixture will likely put you from low to borderline moderate. You may want to review PAR data available in the lighting thread. These fixtures work fine for low-tech tanks; I am using a double-bright on my 50g right now. You may want to look into the Finnex fixtures as well. Since you are posting in low-tech, I am not sure you are looking for a high-light fixture anyways.

Thanx guys. I figured it was low light. Just to lazy to research. I actually like how the ten is.
