Setup Q's

I'm not quite sure on what all I need to keep a healthy terrarium.
I have a 45gal I want to set up in my bedroom by a large West facing window. I have 2x30W NO I can use for supplementing lighting. On one side/corner I want a small water feature with a powerhead making a waterfall on the opposite side.

I am more curious about the best ways to keep humidity up, temperature, and proper lighting. Plants for it Iím not even sure on. Mosses, ferns, some kind of vine...

for supplies go to vivariums.tripod.com. I wouldnt reccomend having it near a window, unless ur not going to put exotic or tropical frogs considering vatural light will stress them out.
