Default Starting a 20 long and wanting to do it right.

I have just purchased a brand new Aqueon 20 gallon long tank and would like to get the best result from my plants that I can. I have a DIY paintball CO2 system (this will be my first attempt at CO2), and I have a two-bulb t5 light for it (Aqueon Freshwater T5 Light Fixture I will be using 40 lbs of Eco-Complete for my substrate.

I want to grow Hornwort, Anubias Nana, Java Fern, and Ludwigia Respens with a carpet of Dwarf Baby Tears.

The question I have is: What two bulbs should I be using for the most optimal plant growth, and do I need to buy another two bulb light fixture?
