Whiptail cats @ 9 ea
Amandae/Ember @ 2.50 ea (half of tank sold since sunday
New female bettas in vibrant red and blues (didn't catch prx)
Various grade CRS @ 12.99 ea - poor coloring regardless of grade.
Cherry shrimp @ 4.99 - pale red colored stock left

How big is the Whiptail cats? Is that buy 2 get 1 also? Did see it on last sunday.

all these fish have the buy 2 get the 3rd free deal.
the whiptails were all 5-6" near adult sized. i'd get three if i had the space.

Really? So they restock on Mondays now?....b/c I was there Sunday and that female betta tank was dead empty.

It tends to come in late Sunday afternoon, depending on the delivery guy schedule and the time it takes to acclimate. Often its best to go on Monday to see the new stock.

Going to FLUSHING nyc 2morrow around lunch time
any lfs there? worth it

also will hit all all the chinatown lfs in the late afternoon say around 3-5 pm.

any locals want to meet =)

Very few left as of last weekend. havent been there since. It was either $3.99 or $4.99 ea with buy 2 get 3rd free deal.

@arbai89 - check out our LFS list. There's likely 3-4 in the vicinity. They each get one or two things that might be worth getting but on average, they are only so-so at best unless youre in the market for Koi/goldfish/salt... plants and FW are muhhhh

It's okay...nothing more special than any other Petlands. They're about to relocate actually so you may want to call them to make sure they haven't moved yet.

Thanks. I stopped by today, they were out, was told they might have some on Monday. Totally forgot to ask them about the price. Guess I can just call them on Monday.

I was there today, so they're still open as of today and I have no idea if they are relocating. Did not pay much attention to the saltwater stuff but I've never noticed anything special saltwater/freshwater there in the past, not worth the visit imo.
