Interested in GU10 LED lighting

I been looking into the GU10 led bulbs for a few weeks now but I can't find much info on it for planted tanks (only reef tanks). I have a standard 29 gallon tank and I'm trying to figure out how many of this bulbs I will need.
I'm running co2 and looking for medium to high lighting.

Also I'm trying to figure out if I should go with 3x1 (3 watt), 3x2 (6 watt) or 3x3 (9 watt).

Has anyone tried these out yet or has information about htem over a planted tank?
