Is my co2 being diffused properly?

Quick question. Could someone take a look at the video I just took of my tank and let me know if the co2 is being properly diffused? It is DIY CO2 with an airstone inside the intake of a powerhead.

In the video you will see super tiny micro-bubbles. I am wondering if at this state the co2 is helping my plants or if it is just being wasted.

Thank you!

Looks fine to me, Don't expect an impact right away though. I didn't start to see a difference in plants until the 1week-2week mark

Air stone is working quite well, A... I get the same results from my ceramic/glass diffuser. R.sok is on the nose with timeframe on results...

Thanks for the input folks.

Okay here is the weird thing, I woke up this morning to find one of my red devil cichlids in the tank dead.

I haven't lost a fish in ages (at least 9 months) due to poor water or anything. Do you think the co2 here might have done it?
