Would 2 24" dual fixture T5NO w/ 6700k bulbs be too much for a 20G high running DIY CO2?

Hi,

I do not know for sure but I can say that I ran successfully my 20G high with DIY CO2 and 2 CFLs 23 watts - 6500K, suspended vertically over my tank.
