To much light?

just looking at upgrading my lights on a Rio 180 for a heavily planted tank I'm planning.
I was thinking of getting a second t5 unit which would give me 180w of light. is this too much?

I suggest reading the sticky threads in the lighting forum before buying the new lights. Your current lights may be just fine.
