I’m not sure where this thread should go, so Moderators, move it if needed.

I have posted a few threads about my new tank, a 20 h in which I was going to try some new things, the biggest being pressurized CO2. Folks indicated that there were members in the forum who could help me get started into this new endeavor.

I contacted Bettatail, who helped not only helped me understand the hardware, but was going to build me a system that would handle up to 3 tanks (two now and one small add on later). I was pumped and ready.
Then we learned that the growth on our elderly rescue cat was cancerous and needed to be removed, $850 for the surgery and $100 for the follow up.

My tank suddenly took a distant second place. I contacted bettatail to see if I could cancel my order for a re-stocking fee. The unit was complete and ready to ship, so I hoped for the best.

Stunningly, he agreed to cancel the order, no questions asked, no fee, no nothing. This is almost unbelievable in today’s “Buyer Beware” & “Sucks to be You” world.

This thread is to personally and publicly thank bettatail for his kind gesture.

That being said, he now has a regulator system that is ready to go, so if anyone has the dream of pressurized CO2, he can help you out.

Show me the Regulator!

I'm in the process of getting one and I'm aiming at the aquariumplants.com one. It's still up in the air though...

Do post up a picture of the regulator
