40 gallon breeder light

What would be the best lighting for medium light on a 40 gallon breeder?

I was thinking the furgeray 36" fixture maybe more like high light at the substrate with 3" of sand.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I have 36" Odyssea 2bulb t5hos on 4 of my 40b, they atually work great and dont have a problem growing the stems in the back and HC up front. Which kindof suprised me because it does look kinda dark in back. If I could, I would have gotten a fixture that had a better spread. but like I said, these are working just fine.
