Aqueon Evolve LED light comparison

I bought an Aqueon Evolve 4 with the intention of setting up a mid-tech (excel + ferts) planted setup. I just set up the tank last week with all the stock components (did some filter mods however). The stock LED light is pretty bright, and my plants seem to like it. However, in some reviews of the tank, people said that the stock lamp wasn't bright enough for plants so I purchased a Fluval 13W compact fluorescent light along with the tank. I just put it over the tank last night so I will see how things do in the next week or so.

Does anyone know how these two lights will stack up against each other? I don't have the equipment to measure it myself, so all I have to go off of is how my plants do under each light. I'd like to return the light if its not going to help me out at all.
