Moving Red Cherry Shrimp

I purchased some cherry shrimp a few weeks ago and I put them in an established 10 gallon that has some scarlet badis and some black neons. I hate the neons and I'm going to likely get rid of them tomorrow. I've wanted to move the shrimp to a nano tank for now but I just noticed that the largest is a berried female (yay!) and now I'm not sure if I should move them. There is a good deal of moss in the tank but I'm sure my scarlet badis will hunt down shrimplets. If I move them will this cause too much stress on the berried female?

This is my first attempt at shrimp and I wanted to start with the easiest until moving on.
