Any Eco-friendly shippers?

Anyone starting to consider the environment for shipping?
I am LOL or maybe it's because it's cheaper for me, either way I used to buy poly bubble mailers off ebay, quite cheap... it was like 200 for 15 dollars shipped or something
but couple months ago i ran out and then since then i've been reusing bubble mailers that i receive my packages in. (gives me a moral excuse to buy more things LOL

)
and recently i've been using brown paper bags and I just tape the flaps down.
I also use brown wrapping paper and just do that because essentially all bubble mailers are, are paper with bubble in the inside.

I have found used and empty liter, quart and gallon beverage bottles to be handy for filling large voids in shipping boxes.

Plant based packing peanuts are better (but still not the best) for packing. Reusing newspaper is always great. Reusing boxes, mailers, and foam is great too.

But alas, I foam line boxes of shrimp I send out...

And I'm getting a sustainability degree...

(I like the using empty bottles approach, as long as they get recycled by the recipient. Lightweight, voluminous, and reused!)

Shredded newspaper is my filler of choice. Or old electric bills, etc. that I find already in there, lol.

There's this new type of eco friendly styrofoam made from the hyphae of mushrooms and fungi.
hopefully they become commercially viable :/
